Histamine is biogenic anim widespread in plant and animal world. The synthesis of histamine was discovering by Windausa and Vogta in 1907. Pharmacological property of histamine is marginally known by clinics and pharmacologist, because of over 100 histamine is interesting for physiologist. Histamine play the module role in physiological are pathological conditions by his receptors H1, H2, H3. Histamine is neurotransmitter for hormonal and allergic homeostasis and blood pressure. Histamine is monoamin, which takes part in menstruation and pregnant cycles, milk ejaculation in physiology and pathological galactorrhea in gland mammal disease.
