Surgery of thoracic vertebral column fracture is a point of interesting debates in many medical sessions. Instability of vertebral column is an indication for instrumentation. The aim of this paper is treatment of instability fracture of thoracic 5 and 6 vertebrae. The simultaneously procedure of anterior and posterior stabilization was done. We presented our experiences and a review of literature in thoracic vertebral fractures.
