A child is a constantly seeking creature, who continually explores, examines and ques¬ions. She/he wants to understand, experience and participate. Also get to know his or her body, looking at the processes taking place in it, and learns what and how it works. Generally, in this way, first discovered action is autoeroticism. Parents, educators and teachers are interested in the distinction between what is normal and the development of what is pathological, requiring specific, goal-oriented interactions.
The purpose of the article is to answer the question whether interventions are nee¬ded, and if so, to what extent, in the case of taking the child's autoerotic behaviour. keywords:
