Cough is common adverse reactions during ACE inhibitors therapy.
In pathogenesis of drug-indeced cough very important are bradykinin, prostaglandins and nitric oxide. Imidapril is a novel ACE inhibitor indicated in hypertension with very low incidence of cough.
