The aim of this work to evaluate and compare immunoglobulin concentration of IgG, IgA, IgM, blood serum total protein and gamma globulin fraction before treatment, on 1st, 10th and 30th day following the surgery in women with myomatosis or with myomatosis and adenomyosis. We noted significant higher concentration IgG before treatment in women with myomatosis and adenomyosis. On 1st day following surgery we noted significant lower concentration IgG, IgM, IgA in two examination groups.
