The choice of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in pharmacotherapy of pain must take into account its effectiveness and safety of use. In the field of improving the pharmacokinetic profile of NSAIDs that have been known and used for a long time, we can use methods to create new pharmaceutical forms. An example of such a drug is ketoprofen lysine salt, which, due to its rapid onset of action, is recommended for the management of acute pain in current pain management standards. Its safety of use makes the drug available without prescription.
