FEE:Participation in the conference / lecture - free Register Lunch fee – 70 zł Lunch fee Fee for participation in Business Mixer – 150 zł Fee for Bussines Mixer Fee for participants who are employees of pharmaceutical companies and hardware companies and providers for health care – 800 zł Register Free Lunch and Business Mixer for: - members of the Polish Federation of Hospitals (possibility of subscribing to PFSz also on site) - Health Manager subscribers (subscription available also on-site) - representatives of the Ministry of Health, the National Health Fund, the Sejm and Senate Health Committees and the public administration Invited guests On-the-spot payers are not guaranteed a full Conference pack. The Conference pack comprises: – participation in individual sessions – detailed programme – certificate of participation In order to participate in the Conference you need to: – register; – make the required payment to Termerdia’s account; and – accept the terms of participation. Afterwards payments can be made at the Conference office. You may only cancel your participation in the Conference in writing (by mail, fax, or e-mail) until 8th June 2017.
