Menopauza – physiological period in woman’s life

The article brings menopause issue up. From medical point of view, menopause it’s a last menstruation and there is no pathological reasons of this fact. Generally menopause term is used to describe period of time after the last menstruation, when woman can feel many unpleasant symptoms.
Menopause is a physiological time of life that concerns every woman. It’s not a diseases but it is natural time effect. It’s not possible to turn the time back, but it’s possible to delay this time or to soften menopause complaints. One can use chemical, hormonal treatment or because menopause is a natural process, the nature gives us natural medicines.
Hormonal therapy is effective but it’s not for everyone. Last clinical trials proved that HT (Hormonal Therapy) can have many sides’ effects and in many times can threaten woman’s life. Natural therapies based on natural plant medicines, active life, diet, can be an alternative and effective therapy. Most precious and popular plant having active ingredients releasing menopause complaints is Cimicifuga racemosa discovered by American Indians, in gynecology has been mentioned for the first time in XVIII century.
