In contemporary world every day we encounter the violence. We are experiencing the violence overtly and painfully in all cultures and
nations. In the countenance of the 21st century, in twenty-four hours he will rush off after material value, the fight for the prosperity, with the
progress of science, political and social transformations a new challenge turned up at the profession of the nurse: ethical dilemma. At work
solving this problem in the support was described about Code of Professional Ethics of Nurses and Midwives of the Republic of Poland.
