The purpose of this article is to present the case report of a 41-year-old man who was hit by debris from a falling glider. The patient sustained multiple facial trauma. The report contains general data concerning craniofacial fractures, a detailed analysis of mandibular and maxillary fractures, and a review of available diagnostic methods and the surgical management.
