Overlap syndrome drug-induced liver injury (DILI) and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a significant and difficult clinical problem that constitutes a huge challenge for clinicians. Diagnosis of DILI and overlap syndrome DILI/NAFLD and their treatment are presented in this article.
