Female urinary incontinence in obese women

Urinary incontinence is not only associated/common with elderly but also with younger women. The risk factors could be the reason why urinary incontinence manifest much earlier. For many years, the knowledge for urinary incontinence have increase whist the present women want to be in perfect psychological, physiological and sexual satisfactory state. In this article we present the actual knowledge of urinary incontinence, which can manifest through many etiological causes therefore we need specific diagnostic and satisfactory treatment. Earlier elimination of the risk factors, overweight and obesity gives effective treatment and higher quality of life style. Weight control is very important in prophylactic urinary incontinence.
