The aim of our study was to analyse the results of second-look hysteroscopy in 33 patients who underwent abdominal myomectomy. The uterine cavity was entered during the operation in 18 of them. In our study we found intrautrine adhesions in 48% of patients irrespective of the fact of opening uterine cavity during myomectomy.
