A proper planning and an critical analysis of a health care system, thus organisation of proper functioning health care centers, in the presence of recognized standards, clear defined expectations and an assessment of extents of fulfillment, guarantee an accomplishment of an intended aim, which is the correct and complete care for patient, family and community not only with clinical, but also social and psychological respect. The patient satisfaction is increasingly considered to be one of the most important factors in the measurement of quality of medical care. The importance of GP patients’ satisfaction problem is well known to European researchers.
