The pharmacotherapy of dizziness is an important issue in medical practice. Its frequency in the population is up to about 17-32% and increases with age. This ailment is one of the most common reasons for patients presenting to doctors’ offices, so prompt, effective, and safe therapy is necessary. The study presents treatment options for dizziness with cinnarizine and dimenhydrinate, highlighting their synergistic effects.
