This paper describes 14 statements for the management of antiplatelet and anticoagulant therapy in patients undergoing endoscopic procedures. The members of the Working Group of the Polish Consultant in Gastroenterology voted on the statements using a 5-grade score, where A means total approval, B approval with some exception, C approval with serious exception, D disapproval with some exception, and E total disapproval. Results of voting are presented with a short comment on each statement.
