Vascular complication in the form of venous thromboembolism or arterial thrombosis is one of the main type paraneoplastic syndrome. It is also one of the most common cause of death in cancer patients. The article presents a case of patient with multiorgan vascular complications which preceded the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Taking into account the results of modern research, the occurrence of vascular complications without obvious risk factors should lead to the extended diagnosis of malignancy. The occurrence of these events in patients with cancer disease is also the adverse prognostic factor for overall survival, regardless of the taken therapeutic interventions.
